OUR PROCESS

STEP 1: FILL OUT CONVERSION INQUIRY FORM

Once your build details have been received our team will review and be in touch to set up a free consultation.

During this initial consultation we do a deep dive into your build to truly understand your needs, goals, and budget.

Following this initial consultation we will provide a rough build estimate in 5-7 days.


STEP 2: RESERVE YOUR BUILD WITH A SMALL DEPOSIT


The next step is to lock in your build slot with a small $1,500.00 deposit.

This initial payment get's applied to your total build cost and allows us to dive more into your project.

We know some details may change but most folks are usually comfortable locking in their build at this stage based on our initial calls and past work.

STEP 3: Material selection & Detailed 3d RENDERINGS

This is where we can review and start to finalize material samples, swatches, and components that will be used for your build.

For those able we typically set up an in-person meeting at our shop to see examples first hand in our show room or on other builds that are in progress.

Once material selections are made and layout finalized our design team will create a 3D model with your personalized layout and selections.


Note: If you're unable to meet in person we can arrange via Zoom or other formats. 

STEP 4: Schedule VAN drop off & Build start

Our team will schedule a build start date and vehicle hand off meeting.

During this meeting we will review  your build plan, material details, contract, payment terms, and all aspects of your project one last time.

This is typically the last chance to make any major changes.

Minor adjustments and additions can be made along the way at our teams discretion via change orders. 


Vans can also be delivered to our facility for those who are out of state.

STEP 5: Van DELIVERY & TURNOVER!


Throughout the build our team will provide updates and progress reports. Local clients can schedule time for in person update visits.

Once your conversion is complete our team will schedule a pick-up or delivery date where we will complete a full orientation and turn the van back over to you.

And don't worry, we will be here for continued support as you adventure in your new rig!

  • DO YOU PROVIDE THE VAN?

    Most clients provide their own van and bring it to us. If needed, we can offer assistance and consulting with the purchase of a van. We also have well-established relationships with local dealerships.

  • HOW MUCH DOES A VAN BUILD COST?

    As all of our builds are tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences, costs can vary. To receive a precise estimate, we recommend scheduling a custom build consultation with Outpost Vans, where we can discuss your vision and provide a detailed cost breakdown.

  • DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

    Outpost Vans is pleased to offer financing options through our trusted lending partners, providing flexible and convenient solutions to help make your purchase experience seamless.

    We enjoy discussing vans and recommend scheduling an appointment to meet us in person. However, drop-in customers may be turned away at Outpost Vans' discretion.
