SERVICE A

Once you drive your new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter off the lot, you’ll run into your first Mercedes-Benz Service A* appointment after one year or 10,000 miles, with another two years or 20,000 miles separating each successive Service A appointment after that. This is the checklist of everything you get with Service A:

• Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement**
• Oil Filter Replacement**
• All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model
• Check DEF fluid level
• Tire inflation check and correction
• Brake component inspection
• Check tire pressures and tire wear, rotate tires
• Assist Plus maintenance minder reset
• Adhere to all required elements listed by model year and specific model as indicated on the corresponding service sheet for Mercedes-Benz Maintenance Systems in the USA.



SERVICE B

Mercedes-Benz Service B* is scheduled for the first time when you hit 20,000 miles or have spent two years on the road, and you’ll have another Service B appointment every 20,000 miles or two years after that. See what’s included in the Service B checklist below:

• Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement**
• Oil Filter Replacement**
• All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model
• Check DEF fluid level
• Tire inflation check and correction
• Brake component inspection
• Cabin dust/combination filter replacement
• Brake fluid exchange
• Check tire pressures and tire wear, rotate tires
• Assist Plus maintenance minder reset
